Q How to attach fittings to pipes more easily?

A
Placing tubing into boiling water will soften it, making it easier to push onto fittings.
Q If the filter floats on water while put the filter and the water level sensor in the container.

A Please swing the filter in water and let the water fill the inside of the filter until it sinks.
Q Why the buzzer sounds twice a minuteduring the day. The green indicator light flashes without a beep at night.

It’s maybe the water pump or the filter is blocked,please clean them. Or there is no water in the container, please add water. You can unclog the pump by injecting some warm water into the pump inlet with a syringe(not included). Please restart the product, and the system will perform a watering and re-time after the trouble shooting.
Q What is the diameter of the pipe?

Q How do I prevent siphoning when the controller is off?

A The product has anti-siphon device, Can effectively avoid siphonage.
